Since its inception, Tomori Pál College has welcomed students from over 40 countries.

The primary objective of the College is to prepare students completing vocational and BA courses for various strategic roles in business and liberal arts. Our curriculum equips students to manage tasks in financial management, accounting, marketing, logistics, human resource management, international economics, project management, and more.

2. Regional Knowledge Center
Beyond education, the College aims to serve as a regional center of knowledge, leveraging its staff expertise, knowledge base, and infrastructure.

The College facilitates business-to-business relations and acts as a bridge between the labor market and educational sectors through consulting and the organization of business training sessions.
Strategic Directions
Based on our institutional strengths and market opportunities, we have identified several strategic directions:
• Tailoring programs to align with labor market needs and promoting self-sustaining programs, supported by our well-prepared and reputable teaching staff.
• Expanding our program offerings with courses that address skills shortages while enhancing our existing educational infrastructure.
• Building partnerships with other Hungarian and international higher education institutions to launch collaborative programs and research initiatives.
• Introducing master’s programs, with or without collaboration from other institutions, to provide students with advanced training opportunities post-BA.
• Initiating dual programs to enhance practical learning experiences.
Future Prospects
Tomori Pál College is currently the only higher education institution in the South Buda region, and we are committed to remaining a key player in the fields of economics and arts. Our future plans include:
• Offering competitive BA and MA programs that equip students with in-demand skills.
• Providing dual courses for most BA and MA programs.
• Supplying electronic textbooks for all BA and MA teaching materials in both Hungarian and English.
• Implementing distance learning options for all programs, ensuring compatibility and synergy with e-materials.
• Expanding our program offerings to include technical sciences and IT, particularly in interdisciplinary areas such as technical management and economic informatics.
• Collaborating with cross-border institutions to deliver shared programs and joint courses.
• Engaging in Hungarian and international research projects with active participation from faculty, students, and corporate partners.
• Ensuring robust structural and infrastructural support for educational activities while meeting strategic goals and quality assurance standards.
Strategic Directions for R&D&I Activities
• Launching and participating in research projects in collaboration with higher education institutions in the Carpathian Basin to support Hungarian institutions and their educators and students.
• Engaging in research projects with higher education institutions in neighboring countries that are not yet EU members to leverage competitive advantages associated with EU membership and broaden the College’s scientific network.
• Collaborating on research initiatives with EU member institutions to further enhance our scientific connections.
Activities in Support of Third World Missions
• Transferring new competencies to economic actors through research-based courses, particularly for companies involved in our dual programs, thereby enhancing knowledge transfer.
• Providing distant learning students with access to new competencies and skills through research-based courses, ensuring knowledge transfer opportunities for those who might not otherwise have access.
• Disseminating new skills acquired through research-based courses via e-materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing.
