Application Procedure

To apply, please submit the following documents:

Certificate of Education – a certified copy of your school leaving qualification, high school diploma, graduation certificate, or any equivalent document, along with a certified English translation.
Academic Transcript – required for transfer students or those applying for subject exemptions based on previous studies.
Proof of Payment – a copy of the bank transfer receipt for the application fee (€100) and exam/entrance fee (€200) (both non-refundable).
Curriculum Vitae (CV) – written in English.
Proof of English Proficiency – one of the following:

TOEFL iBT certificate with a minimum score of 60 (officially certified copy).
IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 5.5 (officially certified copy).
Intermediate-level English language certificate issued by an accredited language center recognized by the Hungarian Educational Authority (www.nyak.hu).
Attestation of Language Proficiency – if previous studies were completed in English, an official confirmation from the institution is required.

Valid Identification Document – a copy of your passport (including place and date of expiration). For EU citizens, a valid ID card or driver’s license is also accepted.

Interview Process

Once your application is received, we will contact you to schedule an interview. This can be conducted online or in person at our Budapest Campus, based on your preference. The interview will include a short mathematical assessment.
If the application is successful, the College will issue a Letter of Acceptance.

 

Tuition Fees & Payment

Upon receiving the Letter of Acceptance, applicants must pay the tuition fee for the first two semesters and, if applicable, the accommodation fee (€150 per calendar month).

Pre-Course (10 months)

Tuition Fee per Semester: €1,500
Total Fee for First Two Semesters: €3,000
Total Fee (Including Accommodation): €4,500

BA Programmes

Tuition Fee per Semester: €2,100
Total Fee for First Semester: €2,100
Total Fee (Including Accommodation): €2,850

Once the tuition fee is received, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the applicant.

Visa Information

EU Citizens: May enter Hungary with an ID card or passport and must have a European Health Insurance Card.
Norwegian, Icelandic, and Swiss Citizens: May also enter with an ID card or passport.
Non-EU Citizens: Must apply for a student residence permit at the nearest Hungarian Consulate.

📌 If a visa application is denied, the pre-paid tuition fee will be refunded. To request a refund, applicants must submit a written request, including:

• The preferred bank account details for the refund.
• The official visa refusal letter.

📢 Health Insurance Requirement:
All students must have valid health insurance for the entire duration of their stay in Hungary.
